Black Belt Fitness Tests Photos
To go up a degree in any Blue Dragon discipline (Taekwondo, Hapkido, or Gumdo), black belt candidates must first pass a fitness test comprised of a sprint, push-ups, sit-ups, duck walk, and a distance run. It can be daunting, but it proves hard work pays off over time and adds a level of accomplishment to your black belt. All these people passed, you can too.
